We complete robust identity checks, Right to Work verification and enhanced DBS screening in line with safer recruitment regulations. This stage safeguards people who use services and ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. 

Candidates undertake a competency-based interview and practical assessment to evaluate communication skills, safeguarding awareness, clinical understanding and ability to deliver person-centred care with dignity and respect. 

Professional references are verified and mandatory training is completed prior to deployment. Final approval is granted only to candidates who demonstrate competence, reliability and a clear commitment to safe, effective and compassionate care.
